Overall I am satisfied, but not everything was perfect. The shipping was a bit late, maybe few days more than expected, which was little annoying because I was planning setup already.
But when it arrived, everything was okay and working good, so no problem with product itself. Communication was also fine, just the delay was not ideal. Still, I would say 4 stars.

Good experience overall, but there was one small issue... the outer box had a visible scratch and looked a bit damaged when it arrived, which worried me at first. Luckily, everything inside was perfectly fine and the miner worked without any problems, so in the end it was just a bad first impression, not a real issue.

This is honestly so frustrating I don’t even know where to start… I paid for the miner, paid for shipping, everything looked fine, and then BOOM!! customs hits me with extra fees?? Like what is this??! Nobody told me about this before, nowhere it was clear, nothing!!!You think you are done paing and then surprise, more money or you don’t get your order… how is that fair?!? In the end I had no choice and paid the extra just to get it… but it left a really bad feeling. Way more expensive than I expected and not what I agreed for. Very, very disappointed.
